1. What is the estimated delivery time?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the UK. Your order will typically arrive within 5–8 business days from the date of dispatch.
2. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only ship within the United Kingdom.
3. How can I track my order?
To track your order, simply email us at cozyplayhousesh@gmail.com with your order number and the email address used during checkout. We’ll respond with your tracking details.
4. What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is free, and we do not charge any restocking fees. Final sale items are not eligible for return. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
5. How do I start a return?
Email us at cozyplayhousesh@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a free return shipping label and instructions.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate order changes or cancellations.
7. What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

8. Are your products safe for children?
Yes, all of our playhouse items are designed with child safety in mind and meet applicable UK safety standards.
9. Do you offer gift wrapping or gift notes?
Currently, we do not offer gift wrapping, but you are welcome to leave a gift note in your order message at checkout, and we’ll include it with your package.
